    - or can I keep using my English version of Windows when I start working AND living in South Korea ?

  • what is it with all your “i” is small letter case and capitalized “L” ?
  • all your geographic locations roam from West clock-wise to South .. any reason ?
  • and what does “Metropolitan Capital” actually mean ?
  • and “Satelllite Cities” are only characteristical of massive Seoul ?
  • you repeatedly mention the “Millennium” and it is the year 2000, yes ?
