   In addition, What is the price there for Iphone 4s 16 G ?

     it is unfortunate foreign vistors will need more time and legwork than locals and expatriates with alien registration to find the very device and service on an attractive price .
     I will try to update my iPhone 4S Post to meet your palette but in the meantime :
     Apple Premium reSellers do NOT sell cell phones so ask a trusted Korean friend to search on-Line or if you don’t have one
     visit one of the electronic districts or buildings I list on my dedicated Pages above where hundred+ telecommunication branches await you on the same floor !
     and ask around for price comparison for 90% of’em will try to con you //
