as default : file titles appear just below each photo OR picture on Thumbnail View in Windows File Explorer .
you want to disable this to stack more photos or pictures within the window frame, or might have “lost” the titles while juggling files and want to re-enable this .
the trick is to press [SHIFT] key while you are hovering onto the said folder .
and once again to enable OR disable the File Title View //
